Senior E Commerce Analyst Qatar Airways Doha

In this role you need to be responsible for performance reporting & analysis of Qatar Airways E-Commerce activities, this includes regular reporting all business units, measurements of online booking volumes against targets, performance review of campaigns, marketing alliances and marketing investments, monitoring of the competitiveness of fares on the Qatar Airways website against other online channels (e.g. airline websites, online travel portals) and administration of the web analytics tool. 

The Senior E-Commerce Analyst will also be in charge of gathering business requirements and preparing Change Proposal documents for any new analytical tools, data processing or data management tools ensuring that business objectives are met and train users on the usage, engagements and new functionalities of such tools.
