Senior Business Analyst Digital

We are currently looking for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to join our Melbourne based Group Head Office team. Focussing on customer facing, digital based technology, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of a wide range of Digital projects directly influencing the travel experience of our customers.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

• Elicit, analyse, document and communicate objectives, scope and associated epics and user stories
• Undertake current state analysis and develop future state
• Select and use effective approaches and techniques to envisage, elicit, analyse, model and communicate features
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, managing expectations and communications
• Use leadership to drive the work of delivery teams and vendors to deliver outcomes

To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with experience across a range of BA approaches and techniques
• Experience in Digital
• Experience working with Agile
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
• Travel Industry experience a bonus
• Willingness to travel from time to time
