Senior Associate Associate Airport Operations Management Facilities Management 282

You will be part of the Facilities Management team that seeks to maintain a world class airport. You will assist the Managers in a variety of activities to preserve the airport experience that Changi is known for through implementing building improvement projects, carrying out A&A (alteration & addition) or minor repair works, supervising cleaning and building maintenance contractors in their daily work, managing pest control and waste management issues within Changi Airport premises, taking over new building projects and facility from main contractor for subsequent maintenance and cleaning. In addition, you will be responsible in processing renovation applications of airport tenants and other internal or external customers for associated building services , You will be expected to perform shift duty when called upon.





Requirements:


Good Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Facility Management, Real Estate Business or Property Development & Facility Management
Good project management, communication skills, and a positive attitude
Experience in managing contractors and interacting with external stakeholders will be advantageous
