In your role, you will:

- Support the pension and benefits advisors with various tasks related to the administration of pension and benefits for all employees in Canada
- Maintain and update pension and benefits administration and HR data systems
- Improve and optimize pension and benefits administration tools
- Collaborate on preparing various communication related to pension and benefits plans
- Use actuarial knowledge to produce complex calculations
- Answer HR partners and employees questions
- Calculate periodic pension contribution remittances
- Participate in various special projects

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor degree in Actuarial Mathematics, Finance or Administration
- You have completed some actuarial exams
- You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pension plan and/or benefits administration
- You have a very strong knowledge of Excel software
- You have an analytical mind and work in an autonomous, organized and meticulous way
- You demonstrate team spirit
- You are results-oriented
- You are creative in problem-solving
- You have an interest in systems development and optimization
- You have strong spoken and written communication skills in French and English
