In your role, you will:

- Be involved in multiple projects dealing with the development of our products, in-service issues and modification programs.
- Filter proposed changes based on data, analyse their relative value for the Program and recommend profitable business strategies.
- Oversee product development activities to ensure compliance with agreed Product and Program orientation (Technical and Commercial).
- Actively support technical review meetings with customers/supplier, communicate appropriate Program strategies and provide project status visibility to the Program Office.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a technical degree in engineering with at least five (5) years of experience in the Aviation industry,
- You should be familiar with design, integration, and certification of aircraft systems or components and be familiar with aircraft operations and maintenance
- You must have good organization and communication skills,
- You must be a team player showing initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility and possess good technical and commercial judgment.
- You must also be literate in MS Office applications (Word, Access, Power Point) and Lotus Notes.
- Strong business acumen
- Customer focused in decision making
- Dynamic and out-of-the-box solution identification attitude
- You are ideally bilingual or multilingual.
