In your role, you will:

- Develop an end to end understanding of business and BIS demand, vision and best practices
- Control, evaluate and prioritize business demand in collaboration with Bombardier functions applying an end to end view
- Translate business needs into BIS requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with Bombardier strategy, securing high quality standard
- Validate and evaluate IS architecture against requirements
- Initiate projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other BIS departments
- Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals considering the service roadmap
- Lead the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard IS solutions and services
- Promote standardization, integration and foster innovation
- Integrate with other analysts, architects and application specialists representing different functions
- Drive the definition and adherence of business case of new solutions and services
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring the business impact
- Represent the interface to the Bombardier divisions into BIS for the respective solution and service
- Understand the key stakeholders interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change
- Content lead for delivery of projects,
- Contribute to a solution enabling the business to create value using BIS standard solutions at optimal cost
- Drive implementation standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to Bombardier function definitions
- Support definition of change management scope of BIS projects
- Manage the end user adoption and business support process
- Maintain key user networks and drive adoption of users towards standard solutions
- Ensure integration of IS services across functions supported by BIS Applications and BIS Infrastructure
- Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them and influence the roadmap
- Ensure end-to-end service performance is aligned and meet the SLA, supported by BIS Applications and Infrastructure
- Define and report on a regularly basis KPIs to identify improvement potential.
- Support the business in benefit analysis for the business case

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
- You have Minimum 5-8 years of experience
- You have experience in the field of Architecture, Applications or Business / IT Consulting in the field of Finance, and HR
- You hold a professional designation and expertise in line of the area he/she is working for, and/or business process analysis certification, e.g. CCBA or CBAP is an asset
- You have proven record of mapping business needs into IS solutions/ services
- You have depth knowledge of the business processes and IS applications in order to be able to link them in the most efficient way. Any misalignment will result in business productivity loss. The position owner must understand the business strategy and convert it in process improvements supported by standard IS solutions.
