ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst to support the CH-53K Program Planning & Control (PP&C) team at PMA-261, NAS Patuxent River, MD. The CH-53K heavy lift helicopter is Major Defense Acquisition Program that has just entered the production phase of its life cycle. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Performs critical program management and technical duties in support of concurrency management of the CH-53K helicopter for the PMA-261 PP&C team: * Track all engineering changes for all CH-53K aircraft * Prepare statements of work to facilitate modifications in support of Initial Operational Test & Evaluation and (IOT&E) and Follow-On Test & Evaluation (FOT&E) and beyond * Prepare, track and manage procurement packages for concurrency efforts through contract award * Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) and budgeting * Assist with preparation for all meetings including creation and review of materials * Coordinate status and requirements documents with Prime Contractor, PMA-261 CM and all other PMA IPTs and Competencies * Track and status routine concurrency action items Education and Experience Requirements * Master’s degree in a business, management, or technical discipline * Allowable substitutions: * Bachelor’s degree with an additional 4 years of experience * Associate’s Degree with an additional 8 years of experience * A minimum of ten (10) years of experience related to weapon systems acquisition, including logistics, research and development, configuration management or systems analysis/design; and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: program management, major system acquisitions, financial management, test and evaluation or integrated logistics support * A demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: system acquisition, acquisition documentation, configuration management, risk analysis and Government furnished equipment (GFE) or Government furnished information (GFI) * A minimum of 10 years of business or technical analysis experience * Familiarity with DOD and SECNAV 5000 series directives * Experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules Desired Experience: Acquisition experience within a NAVAIR program office; demonstrated experience with the development of senior level presentations and liaison with government and senior military officials. Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
