Mission

Responsible for the implementation and control of the execution of processes regarding the prevention of unlawful interferences in the domain of aviation security, passports, manuals, training, corporate security, Crisis & Emergency Response Management etc

Tasks

* Implement the defined security policies as defined by the VP Security, Crisis & Emergency Management and according to national and international laws in all Brussels Airlines stations by ensuring correct workflows, inform and train involved parties and control implementation on the field. Suggest corrective actions when required.

* Organize all Corporate security procedures with the purpose to optimize the protection of the company assets and in compliance with the local legal requirements i.e. law Tobback/Jambon in Belgium.

* Managing the relevant sub-budgets, daily follow-up and accountability on a quarterly and annual basis in order to achieve the objectives of the department within the foreseen budget.· Editing and updating all related manuals, distributing them in the company, auditing and adjusting their correct application in order to ensure that the procedures concerning SC are observed by the entire company.

* Analyze, study and advise on all elements related to a sound security, safety, and contingency policy in order to continuously improve and optimize the policy.

* Translate the security and contingency policy into adapted training courses, internal and external, updating these training courses and giving them effectively to the various internal and external target groups in order to make the principles of security and contingency live throughout society.

Profile

* Bachelor

* 3 years of management experience, preferably in a security or safety environment, with emphasis on people skills

* MS Office

* Knowledge of departure control system is a plus

* High integrity

* Decision-making skills, also under pressure

* Analytical thinking

* Negotiation skills

* Influencing skills towards internal and external stakeholders
