Role Purpose

Responsible on coaching development team about agile scrum to delivering successful delivery of projects and task base epic features define by business owners.

Key Accountabilities

Conduct and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings with scrum team.

Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.

Working closely with different Business Units to define epic stories / project scoping to be translated into dev brief for the team

Resource planning on timely delivery of project deadline and optimise resource utilization.

Qualification & Knowledge

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with 6-7 years experience in an aviation industry related to application development lifecycle.

Skills & Knowledge

Certified Scrum Master

PMP / Price2 project management would be added advantage

Business Analyst experience on end-to-end project cycle

MS Project or equivalent project tracking knowledge.
