RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Accomplishes the following duties as assigned. Plans and schedules the use and maintenance of aircraft, engines, AGE, and associated equipment. Establishes maintenance and operations flying schedules adequate to support operational requirements and maintenance needs. Develops weekly/monthly/semi-annual/annual and long-range plans for aircraft and engine maintenance plans and daily flying schedules. Forecasts time changes and known requirements to meet timely inspection flow, monitors the deferred discrepancy program, projects airframe and engine capability, monitors scheduling effectiveness, monitors and controls airframe and engine utilization, and attends pre-dock meetings as necessary. Prepares inspection packages and schedules all jobs for Time Change, LCFC, TCTO and aircraft/engine inspections. Monitors the TCTO Program and ensures time change components are ordered. Reviews on a quarterly basis the TCTO status in the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) and the Consolidated Engine Management System (CEMS). Ensures all historical maintenance is documented and updated into IMDS and records in a timely manner. Schedules document reviews. Conducts and attends scheduling meetings as required by Management. Complies with AFI and AETCI publications related to section assigned. May be required to rotate and be knowledgeable of all MDS aircraft/engines assigned. Responsible for entering data correctly into appropriate data base system, including IMDS, MMS, MSAT or other applicable systems. Knowledgeable of all Document Clerk duties. Monitors and update status boards and engine status in CEMS. Issues engines when necessary. May be assigned as a Senior Scheduler in absence. Accomplishes maintenance of TO files. Performs tasks with minimum supervision. May be assigned additional duties, to include Facility Custodian. Practices good housekeeping and safety at all times Shall assist other personnel and work centers as directed. Must promote Company values, policies, and standards of conduct. Must be customer oriented and ensure professional coordination with Operations and other base agencies. Shall perform other duties assigned to include TDY and travel. Must be able to work day shift, night shift, or weekend duty as required. Receives cross-utilization training (CUT) and is qualified to perform those administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Three years recent experience in CEMS/PS&D, as appropriate. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must be proficient in computer use and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, to include Excel and other applicable programs. Must be proficient in data entry. Formal courses in Microsoft Office programs are desired. Must be proficient in Files/Records Management. Must have experience in tracking and inventory methods and maintaining status. Must be proficient in IMDS along with other MMS scheduling programs. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the procedures specified in applicable Air Force directives. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Clarity of expression, both verbal and written, is required. Must have good communication skills and the ability to read and interpret technical data. Physical exertion requirement is medium.
