Why we need you!

We have an opportunity for a proactive Schedule Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to assist us in the development of the seasonal domestic and international flight schedules and to optimise the schedule of our fleet of aircraft.

What is going to be involved?

The key focus of your role will be to optimise monthly and seasonal schedules, considering all variables as well as resolving operational problems. An important aspect of this is your ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and manage their expectations. You will work on schedule variations, resolving short to medium term capacity limitations and needs. Using your background knowledge, you will look to identify schedule opportunities and liaise with relevant stakeholders as you follow through to implementation. Your drive and commercial focus will help you positively impact the revenue and profitability goals of the team.

What experience you will need…

Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Airline Management, Business or Operations Management coupled with experience in one or more of scheduling, revenue management, resource planning or operations control. In the absence of experience, a recent graduate from Airline Management or Aviation will also be considered. A high level of attention to detail will compliment your background and proven proactivity will see you stand out.
