Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics execution activities;
Develop, implement and maintain best business practice standard operating procedures in line with SAP standard functionality;
Troubleshoot, test and coordinate implementation of system and process solutions for SAP logistics area;
Troubleshoot logistics issues for daily support of the business;
Train and coach end users on standard operating procedures and SAP transactions.
Manage the Service Now Incident requests originating from SAP Users.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support in SAP.
Produce weekly monthly reports relating to Service Now Incidents.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3 year experience in SAP logistics support (mainly in SAP SD modules);
University degree;
Experience with problem resolution and troubleshooting;
Excellent organizational skills, coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to multi-task;
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office software especially Ms Word, Ms Excel;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
A candidate with work experience in sales & distribution would be preferred.
