We are recruiting for a sales support coordinator where you will support Account Managers from our office in Frankfurt. You will manage and develop relationships across Qatar Airways Corporate customers. You will be responsible for keeping the account updated for audit purposes and database records and will assist Account Managers in maximising revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Fluency in both English and German is a mandatory requirement to be considered for interview.
Accountabilities:
Monitor requests from customers, identify trends and implement solutions
Develop key account development plans alongside the Account Managers
Monitor and analyse sales
Ensure full administration support is delivered to Account Managers
Assist in reservation and pricing matters
Provide effective, proactive communication across all sales and marketing activities to ensure QR maintains its profile and presence in the market
Maintain and develop working relationship with key accounts
Support Account Manager to create and implement marketing and incentive schemes within budget to drive incremental business
Arrange co-ordination of educationals, trade fairs and forums as requested by the Sales Manager
