Sales Support Consultant to SAS Sales and Service

SAS Sales and Service sell and
give support to customers,agents,corporat customers, Pandion and partners. The
unit also includes several administrative functions supporting all SAS`s sales
channels. SAS Sales and Service manages millions of customer contacts yearly
through phone, mail, chat and

Social Media viar our partners
Sykes, Sutherland and SOS International and SAS`s own support centers. Our
mission is to create SAS ambassadorts by delivering the airline business`best
customer service experience in the most cost effective way.

Main tasks:

*

Excellent support to our most frequent travelers – Pandion - via phone
and e-mail

*

Support our sales organization.

*

Support to our partners Sykes, Sutherland, SOS International

*

Act as internal speaking partner cross functionally between departments
within SAS

Competence - Experience:

*

High School education

*

Fluent in Danish and English

*

Fluent in written communication in Danish and English

*

Knowlegde of Swedish and Norwegian is a merit.

*

Knowlegde of the SAS products.

*

Experience from a travel agency.

*

Excellent Amadeus knowledge (tariffs, fares, reissues, bookings)

*

Experience from a sales organization, involving direct sales.
