The Role:

 

As an Aviation Recruitment Consultant, you will be primarily be tasked with working on IT-focused vacancies for a range of clients across the aviation industries. This will vary from one-off search assignments through to volume-based recruitment projects where you’ll own all elements of the recruitment process. 

 

To help you source candidates, you will benefit from TARCG’s exceptional advertising offering alongside more traditional activities such as external database searching and LinkedIn to source candidates. 

 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

 

·       CV screening and database searching 

·       Contractor and candidate management

·       Documentation arrangement

·       Searching, Sourcing and placing candidates

·       Social media communication

 

 

About You: 

 

To be considered, you will need to have: 

 

·       A professional telephone manner 

·       An entrepreneurial attitude with a vision for the future

·       Excellent organisational skills

·       Excellent Communication skills 

·       High drive and an enthusiastic attitude

·       Recruitment and sales experience will be beneficial
