Sales Products & Programs Expert

Mission

The Sales Products & Programs Expert is responsible for the local implementation and maintenance of centrally developed sales products and programs in his markets. She/he ensures the sales toolbox for the LH Group matches the market needs, identifies opportunities for improvement and supports the development of new sales products and programs. She/he is involved in the Sales Product and Program Management process.

Tasks

Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:

Sales Products and Programs
 Prepare the roll out of new LH Group products in the market in collaboration with the global and regional product and program management team
 Support the global sales product and program management team in the conception, development, creation and roll out of new sales products with local insights, ideas and feedback
 Review & steer corporate programs and other incentive schemes in order to ensure competitiveness of the corporate product in the markets, where applicable
 Support the development of additional personalized services to increase margin potentials by differentiation through customer centricity and personalization (e.g. SMILE project)
 Monitor the success of all LH Group products and programs in the respective markets and ensure a seamless flow of product & market related business intelligence to relevant departments
 Bundle sales product and program information and ensure content feed to all relevant communication channels (internal) and communication to the markets
 Ensure quality of display (e.g. pricing, ancillary services, branded fares) in any distribution channel and purchase point (e.g. OBE, OTA) in the markets

Contracting Coordination
 Deliver feedback on the LH Group contracting guidelines to the relevant departments and ensure local compliance with these guidelines
 Ensure that sales activities comply with the LH Group contracting policies
 Creation of market settings for AIP/CIP and push action contracts and contribution to the development of contractual incentive schemes in cooperation with all relevant departments
 Support the market(s) with the compilation of business cases for exceptions from the contracting policies and coordinate exception requests, in cooperation with the Sales Steering & Business Development Experts

Revenue Management
 Support the implementation of fees and charges in the markets
 Providing impulses, feedback and local business intelligence regarding pricing
products to central Revenue Management units
 Participation in other duties as assigned
