Job description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for a portfolio of accounts across multiple channels. There will be a central focus on effective relationship selling techniques, with the ability to both acquire new business as well as growth through contracted partners. It will be the responsibility of the Sales Executive to work with both the internal departments at Norwegian, as well as our external business partners.

The Sales Executive will be measured, but not limited to, the results of the following criteria:

· Achieving monthly and annual targets

· Development of a healthy pipeline

· Creating and implementing account development plans to support Norwegian’s growth strategy

· Interaction with internal departments

· Representing Norwegian at appropriate events

Qualifications

· BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field

· 3-5 years sales and/or marketing experience

· Travel industry experience preferred

· GDS system knowledge

· Knowledge of pricing and revenue management functions

Personal qualities

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent negotiating skills

· Ability to sell at all levels

· Knowledge of airline industry

· Good insight of the travel trade in this market

· Advanced computer literacy

· Ability to effectively communicate across all levels

· Willingness to travel
