Sales Executive (Business Aviation) required by a leading Fortune 500 company and renowned global supplier of aviation fuel!
World Fuel Services currently requires a Sales Executive to drive aviation fuel sales among business aviation customers across EMEA. The role holder will maximise sales and customer relations for both new and existing EMEA business aviation clients whilst providing superior customer service and cross selling all of WFS’ products and services to our customer base. They will work closely with the Director of Sales to identify new customer opportunities in the EMEA business aviation arena.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Drive new business aviation sales growth throughout the EMEA business aviation market
- Ensure customer retention in all new and existing customers in the region
- Ensure that all products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to the region’s customers
- Ensure proper procedures and systems are in place to provide quality products to our clients
- In conjunction with the Sales Director, develop potential new customer leads and work with the rest of the sales team to ensure these are onboarded successfully
- Field sales and client meetings and driving brand awareness at trade shows and industry events.
- New client onboarding.
- Drive additional sales within the product range
- Handling and resolving client issues or complaints
- Coordinating with accounting to ensure accurate billing
- Independent work and also collaboration on projects with key members within the company
- Develop new lines of business within the business aviation sales team
- Actively track a database of opportunities within the CRM system
- Produce monthly sales reports
- Actively enagage with CRM product, ensuring all sales opportunities are effectively tracked and managed
