Job description

The Sales Administration Team Leader will manage a team composed of 4 people and will report to the LGI Sales Admin Manager for Europe, he/she will also be responsible for the Final Assembly Lines supply of parts and associated returns of equipment.

The Sales Administration team is responsible for the following activities in the Original Equipment (OE) sales segment:

*Ensure compliance, collaborate and administrate Production Orders (RCs)
*Ensure compliance, collaborate and administrate Service Orders (NRC)
*Ensure compliance and collaborate on Customer Procurement Plans
*Define and update the Demand Plan in coordination with Program Managers
*Launch production requests: Initiate and update sales orders in SAP
*Manage invoices
*Monitor the status of payments in coordination with Finance
*Ensure interface between Program, Production / Logistics, Quality, Credit Management
*Ensuring the interface with the Customer
*Manage 0h Returns in FAL and support their follow-up
*Manage the parts supply to the FAL
*Provide and update dashboards and performance indicators for the Program and the Department
*Ensure the back-up of the other Programs of the team on some of the major activities described above
*Continuous Improvement
*Define and carry out the improvement actions defined by the Team or the Manager

The Team Leader will ensure these activities are performed on time and conform to the processes defined.

You will be expected to interface with several Operational and Support Functions.
Facilitating and coaching are a key aspect of this role
