Based at TFS Airport and reporting to the Station Manager, we are looking to appoint a Security Representative (RSO) in our TFS base to act as a local safety focal. Ideally you will have previous experience working as a PSA, Ramp Agent or Dispatcher and you are looking to take on additional responsibilities to those in your current role. This is a temporal position on 40 hours contract.


Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the Safety (Safety HSE & Security) in the base and its continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for the delivery of Just Culture policies always acting as a link between Safety and the Operation. You will take Local ownership of Safety, HSE and Security through learning and development. You will support local trainers and provide any updates on local safety procedures, PVSO, LVP, Emergency Response Procedures, etc.

In addition, you will provide support to the Station Manager with the resolution of the investigations of each incident/accident and the reactive and proactive corresponding actions.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the management of safety and significant experience in Airline Operations. Safety Management Systems training and experience will be desirable as well as a recognised training or trainer accreditation (Facilitation).

You will be passionate about safety and with good analytical and communication skills, you must be fluent in Spanish and English.
