Reporting to the Regional Risk & Safety Manager, within the Jet2holidays business, the Risk & Safety Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Jet2holidays Risk & Safety Team (a part of our Legal Team). You will be responsible in a number of areas including monitoring illness & incidents through ECH, managing the properties not yet on sale through assessing audit data, working with the product brief application ensuring the risk and safety information is up to date and working closely with our audit provider. In addition, you will compile health and safety data and prepare presentations for the General Manager - Risk & Safety, product quality meetings, monitor the completion of self assessments and provide regular Management Information reports. You will also manage the customer complaints received and highlight those areas that feature risk and safety related issues to Resort Teams liaising with them to rectify any deficiencies. The successful candidate will ideally have excellent IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You will be able to communicate clearly and have a willingness to multi-task in a fast moving environment, whilst being able to work methodically under pressure to regular deadlines. Possessing an excellent attention to detail, you will work in a cooperative and flexible manner, maintaining strong working relationships across all Business levels. Any familiarity with risk and safety terminology would be highly desirable.
