About the role:

The Revenue Protection Analyst will lead all aspects related to revenue leakage in the revenue accounting space. This includes tasks such as identifying potential revenue leakage, implementing measures to prevent leakage and managing all processes related to revenue leakage.

The key to this role will be the ability to work with the greater team in coordinating the sales audit function; manage internal communications with regards to sales, and measure service level agreements with the Sales Audit provider. The Revenue Protection Analyst will ensure all sales audit processes over travel agent sales are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined Virgin Australia processes.

What you’ll need:

* Degree qualification in Business or Commerce

* Knowledge of Airline Sales Audit processes and Fare Rules

* Fare construction and ticketing knowledge

* Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task & prioritise

* Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills

* Experience in Airline Revenue Accounting or an airline ticketing and fares role
