Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Objective

The function of the Revenue Integrity manager is to take initiative on 3 major topics to protect the revenues as from the start of the booking cycle until after the ticket issuance.

The short term objective is to limit the loss of achievable revenues through misuse or non-observation of fare and ticketing rules with current tools and try to further optimize and automate tasks through developments together with IT and BI teams.

The mid term objective is to successively integrate tasks with LHG group with the objective to reduce costs and complexity

1. Maintain current tasks such as Flight Firming (TTL), Fare & Ticket Audit

2. Optimize current setup of flight firming and fare audit by further automation

3. Integrate policies, tools and processes with LHG

Key Result Areas

* Key result area 1: Maintain flight firming (TTL) & fare/ticket audit responsibilities

* Manage the set up and maintenance of the Ticket Time Limit business rules in the LSY RI3 system.

* Observe the fare levels, rules and restrictions at time of ticket issuance.

* Set up the retroactive realization of missing revenue with the help of fare audit tools from current supplier (Accelya).

* Identify and analyze the ticket usage, manipulation, misuse and fraudulent behavior, identification of weaknesses and mistakes leading to revenue losses

* Prepare internal reporting and challenge sales organization to optimize ADM recuperation.

* Key result area 2: Further development and automation of processes (intermediate step)

* Development and implementation of measures to optimize effectiveness: i.e.close loopholes, reduce fraud and recover lost revenue

* Automate analyses and reporting’s to streamline and standardize ADM recuperation process at one side but also reduce worktime and become more efficient

* Enrich analyses with additional information from sales and revenue management

* Develop automated processing of analyses and increase design of reports

* Key result area 3: Coordinator of further integration with Lufthansa Group for all revenue integrity tasks (focus on fare audit) In 2018 SN integrated fully with the LHG sales organization. An integration of related processes such as revenue integrity helps to reduce complexity and lower overall costs.

* Further harmonization of policies and guidelines with LHG

* Harmonization of tools (focus on fare audit):

* Evaluate together with LHG potential providers for a future joint fare audit process, having SN specific needs (functionality and costs) in mind

* Define and lead the project to move towards the joint solution

* Step-by-step harmonization of processes provided that is in line with overall strategy to further reduce costs and complexity

* Streamline all processes with LHG that are not dependent on further tool harmonization in the short term

* Streamline processes dependent on tool harmonization once tools are integrated

* Define interfaces with EW and look for possible synergies in the integration of SN and EW

Your Profile

* Master degree (preferably in quantitative studies eg statistics, economics or engineering)

* At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in following processes

* Commercial department (eg. pricing, sales)

* Project management

* Development of tools and processes

* Fluent in English

* Reservation system knowledge

* Office tools

* Basic understanding of programming (SQL, python, VBA) of benefit

* Knowledge of revenue accounting system (BSPLink) of benefit

* procedures & processes of customer service centers of benefit

* Good communication skills

* Team player
