Purpose of the position:

Student of the Revenue Development team will report to the Head of Revenue Development within the commercial organization. The student will be responsible for supporting mystery inspection, desktop research and high level analytical activities.

Responsibilities:

• Mystery passenger inspections by taking Wizz Air flights and auditing customer handling performance from Wizz Air contacted partners. Each inspection will need to be supported by a filled out inpsection form.

• Analysis of trends in ancillary streams in the aviation sector and continuous competitor benchmarking and monitoring.

• Desktop research of best practices of airlines and e-commerce savvy companies to understand and document best practices in terms of selling a specific product.

• Ad-hoc on-site support in terms of overseeing and evaluating performance of specific Wizz Air partner.

• Identifying new non-ticket revenue opportunities and supporting with business cases.

• Assisting Revenue development managers with implementation of various cross-functional projects with different partners.

• Assisting the Revenue Development team in preparing tender documents, partner selection process and contracting.

• Supervising reporting and administration of invoicing/payables/receivables for select Wizz Air partnership accounts

• Taking part in user testing newest web and app developments before they are released in live environment.

Requirements:

• Active University student status

• Willingness to learn and improve as a professional

• Good project management skills

• Business and product development mindset

• Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving skills

• Advanced level EXCEL skills

• Fluent English

• Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary
