Revenue Accounting, Sales & Error Handling

Revenue
Information & Integrity is part of Finance, Group Accounting and Shared
Services, and responsible for Revenue Information and Integrity services in a
cost-efficient way, maintaining high quality assurance of all processes.

The whole team consist of 13 persons all
located in Frösundavik, Stockholm. We have a close cooperation with our
Business Process Outsourcing Partner, WNS, based in Mumbai where we have around
85 persons working for us.

We are now looking for a candidate to a
position as Revenue Accounting Support,
Sales & Error Handling who will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue
through optimization and quality assurance of processes, internally as well as
with our external supplier. The
main responsibility will be to support
our outsourcing partner with Sirax functionalities, authorizations and policies.

Main areas of responsibilities:

* Overall expertise and advice in connection
to passenger Revenue Accounting processes for
Sales and Error Handling.

* Detect cost effective solutions in
procedures internally as well as external suppliers.

* Functional support (1st line support) to
outsourcing partner and guidance in Sirax

* Responsible for revenue authorizations to
outsourcing partner

* Internal support regarding revenue
accounting procedures.

* Ensure quality according to relevant parts
of Control Framework.

* Monitor that outsourcing partner comply in
accordance with agreed quality routines.

* Expertise, advice and preparation of procedures,
policies and manuals in Sales & Error handling.

* Responsible for system error reporting.

* Participation in relevant projects
covering functional responsible.

* Participation during Sirax releases, including testing of Sales & Error
Handling.

* Expertise and advice in external and
internal audits.

* Responsibility for relevant Sirax Masterdata

Qualifications and
Experience’s:

* Degree in business administration.

* Revenue Accounting and/or Sales specific
education

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in Revenue
Accounting, Sales office or

* other function in the aviation industry at
specialist level.

* Very good knowledge in Amadeus.

* Knowledge of IATA Revenue Accounting is an
advantage.

* Thorough knowledge of Office (Excel,
PowerPoint and Word).

* Fluency in English speaking and writing,
as well as moderate use of Scandinavian languages.

* Very good IT understanding

* Project experience

* Lean knowledge an advantage
