Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Operations Manager based at Cork Airport. Reporting to the General Manager, Ireland, the Retail Operations Manager-Cork is responsible for managing retail operations and leading the entire Cork retail team, to ensure that ARI Ireland provides the highest level of customer service in line with the core values of The Loop and achieves its financial targets.

Qualifications

* Substantial and relevant retail management experience
* Higher level qualification in front line management/supervisory skills desirable
* Strong and proven people management skills
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships, influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively
* Strong analytical skills and proven track record in delivering results
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
* Committed to ARI Values & ARI Way

Responsibilities

* Contribute to the overall retail strategy of ARI Ireland as part of the senior ARI Ireland management team.
* Ensure that retail financial targets and KPI’s are achieved, including direct retail revenues, PAS, etc.
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved through effective people management
* Ensure the highest retail standards are developed and maintained across the direct retail operations
* Develop a high-performance retail management team
* Drive the embedding of the ARI values within the Cork retail team
* Ensure that the structure and skills of the wider retail teams enables the achievement of ARI Ireland’s strategy and targets
* Develop and implement processes, procedures and systems that facilitate the effective operation of the business, including exploiting opportunities and managing risk
