We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Programs and Reliability team within the B787 Fleet Team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing B787 fleet Reliability to deliver industry benchmark reliability, at the lowest operating cost, whilst maintaining the highest levels of operational performance and ensuring compliance with all National Airworthiness Authority regulatory requirements.

Reporting to B787 Fleet Manager your main accountabilities will include:

• Administration, implementation and adherence to standards established in the B787 Approved Reliability Program.
• Analysis and reporting B787 fleet reliability to drive corrective actions
• Producing daily, weekly, monthly engineering and maintenance reliability reports
• Liaising with Maintenance Operations and Technical Specialists to ensure reliability issues are captured and actioned in a timely manner
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of fleet wide campaigns to increase B787 aircraft reliability
• Submission and Management of B787 Major Defect Reports (MDR’s)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Process driven with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (required), and Python Programming language (desirable)
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• A strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Engineering/Aviation qualification (desirable)
