Reporting to the Technical Services Systems & Reliability Manager, the Reliability Administrator is responsible for assisting the Jet2.com Reliability & Technical Services Systems Teams with management and tracking of Airframe, Engine & Landing Gear Reliability Programme Tasks and Modifications.
You will track these Tasks and Modifications and ensure completion is recorded and reported back to the Reliability Team. This job plays a vital role in supporting the Jet2.com Reliability Programmes. The Reliability Administrator will be provide assistance to the Reliability, Technical Services Systems & Powerplant Teams in ensuring spare Engines & Landing Gears are configured to the required reliability standard in preparation for fitment to Aircraft. Landing Gear Assemblies will be configured in AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance Operating System) to ensure records and Life Limited Parts are kept up-to-date.
In addition, you will also provide assistance with extracting data for use in the reporting of aircraft technical performance, which will be analysed and presented to the Reliability Team to support the monthly Jet2.com Reliability Review Board Meetings. This involves Technical Delay Database administration to support the monitoring of the Technical Dispatch Reliability (TDR). General administrative support will also be provided to the Reliability Engineers & Analysts and other tasks may be required as directed by Reliability Management. This is an important and interesting role in a growing Engineering Team and full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within an Aviation or Engineering role, however, candidates demonstrating strong administrative or data analytical backgrounds may also be considered. You will have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving, both of which will be demonstrated through your strong presentation skills. You will also possess strong IT skills, of which an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desired.
