Refurbisher Production Operative

Shorterm Group are representing a world leading client within the aerospace industry site in Blackwood, Caerphilly.

The site is responsible for quality refurbishment, repair and modification of interior aircraft parts to be maintained to a flawless standard keeping up the quality reputation of our client.

The successful candidates will be responsible of ensuring customer standards are met in terms of product quality and consistency, Health and Safety, quality procedures and compliance is consistently met.

Requirements:
- Previous assembly/repair/mechanical experience
- Experience of using hand held tools and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends/shifts
- The successful candidate will be a minimum age of 18

In return you will be paid weekly with full training within all aspects of the role.

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
