Reporting to the Recruitment Manager Overseas, the Recruitment Telephone Interviewer will support our volume recruitment campaigns by managing candidates through the recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience and supporting in the provision of feedback, offers and referencing following our Assessment Days. This is a 4 Month Fixed Term contract.

You will be responsible for effectively screening applications, CVs, checking candidate assessment results and telephone interviewing all suitable candidates. You will evaluate candidate responses in line with the job requirements and our Company values. Ensuring you maintain an up to date knowledge and understanding of our volume campaigns is vital to the success of this role. You will prioritise effectively to ensure all assessment days are adequately filled in line with the assessment schedule and that all candidate communications are issued in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for effective candidate management, ensuring where possible, you identify any withdrawals prior to the assessment day and back fill as required, maintaining up to date and accurate information on the eRecruitment system and escalating any issues to the Recruiter in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have previous high volume customer focused recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, and have proven experience of competency based interviewing. You will be a confident communicator with a positive and friendly approach. With excellent planning and organisational skills you will effectively manage your own workload and be results focused. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish is essential.
