Recruitment Specialist Pilots

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in the Virgin Village in Brisbane for a period of six months.

You’ll be supporting our Flight Operations and wider team as required to recruit the very best talent and to identify and engage with top talent for the future.

What will you be doing:

You’ll be working with our hiring managers and stakeholders by delivering an end to end recruitment experience and be sharing your advice and expertise along the way. You’ll be part of an incredible team based across Australia who are passionate about what they do and how they turn up to work each day. This role requires days away from the office and some domestic travel.

What you’ll need:

Right now, you’re a recruiter with volume recruitment experience and a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. You will need to be able to pivot in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. You will have the technical expertise to develop unique strategies for your portfolio in line with our values and vision.
We are a complex business and the needs of our hiring leaders are unique. You’ll need close attention to detail and be willing to be flexible and comfortable in an environment that is often ambiguous.
