Recruitment Officer (temporary for 1 year)
Mission
Is responsible for the follow-up, coordination and execution of the recruitment & selection process with the purpose of adding to the performance of the company by hiring the right, competent employees.
Tasks
* Coordinates the recruitment & selection process for the internal account with the purpose of selecting the rightly qualified employees, and this in close consultation with the internal account
* Finds evaluates and draws up the most effective recruitment and selection procedure, taking the available time and means into consideration
* Carries out plans and realizes recruitment campaigns, possibly in co-operation with external consultancy companies, with the purpose of building up a file of candidates who are suitable for the position
* Carries out, amongst others, tests and interviews intended to measure the technical expertise, abilities and the future potential, with the purpose of supplying recommendations to the internal account involved
* Maintains the existing database of candidates and updates the statistics required with the purpose of supplying the management with current information
* Acts as internal specialist to the internal management involved regarding the recruitment & selection and constantly stays up-to-date about the most recent developments and trends within the labor market
Profile
* Bachelor or Masters psychology degree
* Experience in recruitment and selection is an asset
* Knowledge of assessment techniques
* EN-NL-FR
* You are willing to work with a temporary contract of 1 Year
