Alpha LSG is the leading provider of inflight services to the world’s airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the UK’s major and regional airports.

We are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Volume Recruitment team where you will be responsible for the smooth running of our busy seasonal recruitment operation within the regions, and our continuous recruitment process within London Gatwick and Stanstead.

Working with the Shared Services team to ensure the delivery of the recruitment Service Level Agreement, you will act as a key point of contact for both the LGW, Stanstead and Regional hourly recruitment process. Analysing recruitment data and reporting on key trends, you will highlight predictions and forecast activity which allows you to deliver an exceptional hourly recruitment service to the business.

Managing the relationship with key agencies to ensure standards and deadlines are being met, you will look at the continuous improvement of our recruitment methods to enable us to be innovative in our attraction techniques.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who is used to performing within a fast paced work environment. With excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail, you will have a passion and drive to deliver and exceed on targets and will take pride in your work. Good communication skills are essential, as is having experience of engaging with colleagues, managers, and external customers, particularly the Job Centre, on the telephone daily.

A driving licence is essential as you will need to travel between the two sites, and to Head Office on occasion.
