Job Purpose:
The Recruiting Assistant Receptionist will primarily be responsible for providing receptionist services to the company and administrative support to the Recruiting department.
Job Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative support role
* Must be PC literate and have experience using Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with co-workers and customers
* Strong organizational skills / attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Problem solving skills
* professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work within a team environment
Preferred:
* Associate’s degree

* Provides input and support for departmental projects.
* Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while still keeping a team perspective.
* Must be detail orientated with ability to multi-task on a regular basis.

* Must be flexible with respect to work schedule and willing to assist and support others within the Recruiting Department as needed.

Job Specifics:
* Direct incoming phone calls and welcome visitors
* Other projects and duties as assigned
* Provide support to the Supervisor, Recruiting.
* Responds to questions and inquiries from employees on staffing as well as company policies & processes.
* Provide staffing support for Flight Attendant, Pilot and/or Non-Crew by posting positions, placing advertisements, pulling applications, processing background checks, and fingerprinting.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Typically working in an office environment.
