In your role, you will:

- Support the coordination of various cross-functional activities working in conjunction with Methods, Quality Technicians, Logistics in Outstanding Work management, problem solving facilitation, reconciliation, and coordination of failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) functions.
- Be responsible to monitor the progress of all activities, and report regularly on status and establish KPI’s.
- Implement appropriate steps to established and maintain objectives, implementing changes dynamically to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have bachelor in Engineering/Science and 3-5 years’ experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have knowledge of Advance Quality Planning (AQP) (Advanced quality planning) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- You have the ability to work with minimum supervision, be a team player, self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative as well as leadership, and good interpersonal skills.
- You have a good oral and technical writing skills in English. French is considered an asset.
- You have knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimension & Tolerance)
- You have excellent group facilitation skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- You have knowledge and experience in Project Management
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- You have knowledge of CATIA V5 is considered an asset
