PCC Rollmet is a single source USA manufacturer for precision seamless cylindrical shapes and assemblies, including standard pipe schedules and close tolerance, thin walled pipe and tubes in a wide range of materials, including standard pipe schedules and aluminum alloys, stainless steels, high-strength steels and nickel-based alloys. Backed by a global network of service and support, our PCC Rollmet seamless pipe and tube product line sets the standard for large diameter, high-nickel alloy pipe and tube requirements for the power, petrochemical, nuclear, aerospace and defense industries.

Quality Engineering Co-op needed to assist in supporting the quality department. Co-op must display a strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently, as well as interact closely with other departments and employees.

The student will apply principles that he or she has learned in school to hands-on situations

*

The student will be responsible for accomplishing performance goals and will receive progressive responsibility in operations/manufacturing throughout his/her co-op experience

*

Will identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects

*

Will perform or review systems analysis, testing and documentation for existing processes

*

Will take ownership and responsibility for identified projects.

*

Work within specifications provided to meet project goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner

Participate with peers, project team members and other departments on new

Co-Op Requirements:

*

Must be enrolled in an accredited college and have successfully completed their freshman year prior to co-op

*

Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or hard sciences (chemistry, physics, mathematics…)

*

Must be able to commit to a 6-month minimum assignment, 20 hours per week

Co-op position will be flexible to work around breaks and weekly school schedule
