Quality Director to manage internal teams, carry out robust root cause analysis and process improvements for company providing flexible wireless solutions based Hertfordshire

Quality Director Responsibilities
Ensure all Quality System and Regulatory requirements remain compliant and in good standing
Develop and deploy the Strategic Plan for the Quality function
Ensure Quality and business objectives are aligned
Set quality targets, measure achievement and facilitate process of developing action plans to address root causes of variances and accountable for the achievement of all key Quality KPIs
Maintain quality standards, accreditations and procedures
Manage all assurance, compliance and control processes
Co-operate with management to meet the employers legal duties and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and other certifications

Qualifications for Quality Director
Previous experience in managing quality systems for a commercial electronics company, ideally telecommunications or similar product lines
Depth of experience in driving quality improvement
Solid understanding of, Quality systems and regulatory standards (RoHS, RED etc)
Demonstrated ability for Root Cause Problem Solving
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification ideal
