FPS Aviation are presently seeking a Quality and Safety Manager for a role in the Middle East with a long standing client.  

Excellent tax free salary on offer with relocation assistance. 

Qualifications

• Holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License for at least 10 years OR Degree in air engineering, science, management discipline
• Successful completion of a Quality System Course, e.g. : Auditor/Lead Auditor course
• Should have held a similar position or Director of Maintenance or equivalent in the past.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years work experience in aircraft maintenance and repair environment (Line Maintenance, Component Workshops, Technical Support, Technical Records and Maintenance Planning). 2 of these years should have been with Aviation organizational experience.
• Experience in Management and Quality Control/ Quality Assurance activities of aircraft maintenance and repair organizations
• Thorough knowledge of International and National Civil Aviation Legislation

Understanding of  quality system, SMS, maintenance programme, reliability programme, maintenance planning, conracting/subcontracting.
