ES is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide full time Quality Assurance for the PurePower® programs sold to Pratt & Whitney. The PWES CRM (Customer Returned Material) Coordinator will plan, direct & coordinate CRMs from customer removal through investigation closure. In addition, this individual will support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include:

* Coordinate activities to track and return hardware from the customer back to the supplier.
* Provide CRM metrics to support internal and customer meetings.
* Support the PurePower® removal meetings.
* Support customer meetings and implementation of corrective actions to improve CRM metrics.
* Participate in investigations to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, contractual, customer and business requirements.
* Participate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to drive resolution of quality issues which may impact product performance and/or delivery results. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Participate in process reviews for areas of improvement and cost avoidance. Knowledge of ACE operating system a plus.
* Participate in benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure process capability levels are achieved.
* Participate on cross-functional teams for effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action development.

Qualifications 2-5 years experience in a quality or technical role.
* Demonstrated analytical and complex problem solving skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
* Experience using sound judgment and decision making to consider relative benefits versus risk.
* Ability to assess performance to make improvements and drive corrective action.
* This job is best suited for a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task in a faced paced and dynamic environment. This individual must possess a positive "can do" attitude, have a passion for continuous improvement and be decisive.
* SAP knowledge a plus.
* CQE a plus.
* ACE Associate Certification a plus.

Education Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
