Get to know the role:

The Publication Services team prints and distributes controlled information for use by our operational and corporate team members across Virgin Australia. This role is responsible for coordinating resources and materials to support print, distribution and aircraft schedules to strict timeframes.

* Coordinating the aircraft flight library maintenance system.

* Managing the group distribution schedule.

* Managing the airline publications inbox, including assignment and registration of tasks.

* Coordinating the internal audit program, ensuring that audits are completed to schedule.

* Provide document control advice to stakeholders.

* Ensure the most cost-effective method of print and distribution is used, including promotion of the use of electronic documentation.

* Act up as Team Leader as required.

Please note that some weekend and after hours work, as well as travel across the network, is required in order to ensure Virgin Australia meets its print and distribution obligations, however you will receive time in lieu each month accordingly.
