Are you ready to share this exciting challenge with us?

* A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 8+ years of experience in software development, testing and architecture in large enterprise organisations

* 5+ years of experience in project management roles, directly managing people and teams of over 15+

* 2-3 years Agile experience working in cross-functional Agile teams from inception to release

* Demonstrated experience designing, developing, testing and release micro-services architecture and integration solutions

* Experience with cloud-native solution design with high availability and resilience in mind, preferable with Amazon Web Services

* Exposure to a wide range of development languages, framework, and paradigm

* Agile development practices such as TDD / BDD, CI/CD, test automation, pair programming, etc

* Application lifecycle management tools such as Atlassian product suite

* Software testing methodology and techniques, and automated testing frameworks and tools such Selenium, JMeter

* Ability to articulate technical issues and solutions to a non-technical audience

* Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tool such as Splunk ,· Familiarity with software security standards and common problems

* Familiarity with end-to-end web stack, including HTTP protocols and web server optimization techniques

* Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customer and peers in written and oral forms

* Ability to develop metrics to track and measure the effect of improvements

* Effusive personality to encourage an open and collaborative culture in software development teams

* Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills

* Able to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks concurrently

* Ability to resist stressfull situations and cope with high stakes

* Specific skills on MuleSoft would be a plus

* AnyPoint Exchange, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, o Connectors, MUnit, App specific connectors, CXF, Mule ESB, CloudHub, AMC, API Gateway

* MuleSoft certification at any level would be plus

* Advanced level of English is mandatory · Experience on Digital transformation programs would be a strong plus

Responsibilities:

* Being the front-liner for the API Squad/team

* Steering complex projects with significant business impact within and beyond our organization

* Bridging the gap between development teams and business partners to understand product vision and requirements

* Leading and managing the Principal Software and Software Engineers in the team to develop the best technical architectures, designs and approaches for APIs in synch with the other API Squads (Delivery, BizDev,Platform).

* Maintain a high level of operational excellence with your team and across the API Tribe

* Linking the team with the broader Airbus Digital Accelerator practices and capabilities

* Working with business stakeholders, Software engineers, program managers, release engineers, enterprise architects, data architects, and data scientists to drive API products from vision to implementation

* Leading and championing API best practices to build an API-first culture

* Ability to scale the team, identify local talents and enable an enterprise grade platform as Mulesoft to be Global
