WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

Project Manager for implementation of Learning Management System.

We
are now looking for a structured and
strong relation builder to drive the implementation of our Learning management
system. Together with the professional and enthusiastic People Development team
you will be part of developing the learning capabilities in SAS and act as
project leader for the initiatives (the position is contracted as a 6 months
project)

The
purpose of the project is twofold: the position is to project- lead SAS
transition from one learning management (LMS) system and partner to another.
Also, the project leader will propose implementation of a new, better approach
to blended learning at SAS.

Major
functions and activities:

* Develop
and implement a holistic strategic approach to online learning in SAS,
involving the different training stakeholders (Ground, Flight, Cabin, Tech,
Sales, People Development)

* Efficient
project management for the implementation of Learning Management Systems and
building an efficient governance structure by involving the right people and
make sure we take another step to the blended approach to learning.

* Coordination
with all training stakeholders around content management, ways of working and
potential synergies.

* Develop
and implement administrative structure and processes for new LMS and online
learning for administrative staff, including focus on:

* Learning
lifecycle; Learning administration, student management, follow-up

* Secure
course ownership and adequate learning paths SAS employees.

* Coordination
with non-administrative learning stakeholders

* Evaluate
future needs and strategic direction for online learning, with an emphasis on
administrative staff and SAS Group-wide learning activities

* Together
with a technical project leader from IT, manage and lead the transition of on
line learning from one partner to another, during a dedicated period of time.

* Together
with the project team ensure that all e learning programs, and the relevant
support, administration and registration is transitioned from current partner
Ezector to the new partner Concentrate.

* Lead
the projecteam, which includes project members from various parts of SAS that
work with on-linetraining, IT, the current e learningcurrent partner and the
new.

* Develop
and build an approach to digital learning that supports employees and leaders
in a modern world. Be creative in using tools and techniques.

* The
project leader is, together with the technical projectleader, responsible for
implementing the transition on time, at budget and with the specified
qualitative results.

Your
Background:

* Business
or Social sciences degree is desired.

* Experience
from working with HR & training related systems is required.

* Experience
from designing and delivering blended learning and new pedagogical approaches.

* Experience
as a project leader is desired. Experience
and understanding of IT and system integration

* Excellent
communication and influencing skills– a true relationship builder.

* Documented
structured and systematic approach to assignments.

* Technical
knowledge of various HR systems, preferably SAP and LMS (learning management
systems)
