Description
Based in St. Bruno, Quebec, you will support the BiLevel EPM to lead, manage and control all engineering-related activities in the project to deliver on requirements, budget and schedule. You will ensure “lessons learned” and best practices to be applied on projects and transferred to the new projects. You will interface with the customer.
In your role you will:

Lead all aspects of design, implementation, testing and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project so as to satisfy customer requirements while adhering to project budgets and schedules;

Establish and maintain interfaces with other Engineering departments & with relevant functions (Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids);

Be responsible for the delivery of BiLevel Sunrail project schedule;

Implement and maintain documentation track records for BiLevel projects;

Develop and maintain customer Variation order schedules.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate:
-
You hold a Bachelor Degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering;

You have minimum of six (6) years of working experience in engineering and minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience;

Your experience related in industries like aerospace, automotive or heavy manufacturing (is considered as an asset);

You have excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
