About the role:

As a Project Coordinator within our Velocity Frequent Flyer Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the end to end delivery of projects and change initiatives with key focus areas of finance, schedule, resources, risks and issues, project governance and administration.

You will also be accountable for:

* Managing project budgets, ensuring that financial processes and approvals are adhered to

* Assisting Program and Project Managers to develop, track and update project schedules and maintain project resource and staffing profiles

* Maintaining project registers and project documentation

* Managing project administration including project team, project meetings, project documents and governance processes

Multitasking wizz: you are organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll need:

* Knowledge of project management methodologies

* Advanced level of project management software such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence

* Strong finance, scheduling and project administration skills

* Experience operating in an environment that uses structured project management principles (e.g. Prince 2, PMBOK) in Agile and Waterfall environments
