My client in Gloucester is offering the challenging, but exciting opportunity to join our OE Production Program management team, you will report directly to the Head of Production Program Management.

Your key responsibility will be to maximise the performance of the programme by liaising very closely with both our internal and external customers and other functional managers on a regular basis.

We are recruiting for a proactive individual who has a demonstrated record of strong global program leadership working in a fast moving and demanding environment.

This role is to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met by production. You will be responsible for the program quality, cost and delivery objectives and ensuring that the economic performance of the program improves continuously.

Candidate skills and requirements

You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience of production/product management and have good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. With a clear business focus and understanding, you will have strong organisational and communication skills to enable you to prioritise and progress the workload in this busy environment.

You must also have the ability and confidence to use your own initiative and the determination to succeed within pre-determined timescales. You should be able to demonstrate you have the dynamic ability to manage and develop individuals, have exceptional organisational, planning and commercial awareness.
