ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Production Control / Logs and Record Clerk to support our V-22 Contractor Field Team at MCAS Miramar, CA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Specific duties of this position may include and are not limited to: * Utilizing management information systems to maintain aircraft forms and records as required * Drafting and submitting aircraft/engine management and Inventory Reporting System reports * Preparing weekly, monthly, yearly reports as assigned * Processing readiness documents, administering the aircraft configuration status accounting program and verifying aircraft utilization reports * Monitoring aircraft configuration status, weight and balance and aircraft inventory data for accuracy * Initiating and distributing applicable maintenance forms in accordance with established procedures * Complying with all established general and industrial safety rules and regulations as applicable to the contract, facility and job assignment * Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records. * Proficient performing all operator, data entry and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping. * Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing and typing, performing data base and systems analysis. * Perform Data Base Administrator services IAW governing directives and ensure all inspections standards are met. * Responsible to the Squadron Program Manager for TD Compliance, Support Equipment Planned Maintenance System (SE PMS) and Aircraft/Engine Logbooks record keeping and reporting. Education and Experience Requirements * High school diploma or GED required * Must have demonstrated experience in areas listed above * Must have experience supporting aircraft maintenance work; experience with the V-22 aircraft program desired Security Clearance * This position will require an active DoD Secret security clearance.
