Morson is currently recruiting for a Process Optimisation Officer to be based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is a contract role until the end of December 2017 being extended a further 6 months after this. There is a chance for this role to become permanent for the right person.

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience of using LEAN techniques is desirable
  • Able to manage small projects, someone who is well organised
  • Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement experience is desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Happy to introduce themselves to new people/stakeholders around the business
  • Happy to hold meetings and discuss issues if required
  • Route Cause Analysis experience is desirable
  • IT Literate
