We have a great opportunity for an experienced and confident Portfolio Coordinator who will play a critical role in the Elevate Program team. Utilizing your strong scheduling and project management skills, you will coordinate various projects and project streams, and provide visibility of the overall schedule, interdependencies and integration.

Reporting to the Elevate Program Delivery Lead, key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Capturing, recording and reporting of project financial data
• Stakeholder management with stakeholders, both internal (Elevate Program Delivery Lead, project managers/teams, Airline and Group leaders) and external (resource suppliers/partners)
• Maintaining scheduling and sequencing of projects while capturing and monitoring associated dependencies
• Establishing governance standards and processes related to integration, coordination and scheduling

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary degree or relevant industry experience in project management or a business-related field
• Project management qualifications (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2) desirable but not essential
• Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects
• Experience using various project management delivery models such as agile and waterfall
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to influence
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with various business units

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Project
