In your role, you will:

- Focuses on the support plan of the BIS function, working with assigned delivery groups and support teams to facilitate both tactical and strategic planning for BIS Demand Management.
- Participates in and support the Investment Review Board and score project demand as it flows through the demand management process
- Gathers feedback on the Demand Management process and works with Process Owner to proposes updates and improvements
- Provides training and communications on the Demand management process
- Works with assigned Value Chain Delivery Groups to understand, document and process project demand into a central location
- Provides reporting and analysis of Portfolio to allow LT to make informed decisions for what’s best for BIS/BBD
- Facilitates analysis with tools and templates to provide assistance to Solution Delivery groups to provide consistent
- Participate in Project Prioritization process working with LT - Program Managers and Value Chain Delivery teams
- Works with Enterprise Services and Value Chain Delivery and Shared Services groups to assess capacity needs to current and future demands from the business and technology changes and roadmap implications
- Works with Program Managers and Value Chain Delivery Groups in creating recommended project portfolio
- Supports the consolidation of yearly Portfolio and submits to LT for review and approval as fiscal year project portfolio commitments
- Assesses best practices, tools and techniques for project portfolio management
- Work with Finance and EPMO Partners to keep project and financial information consistent

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business or a related discipline
- You have the ability to foster and build relationships at all levels in a large, global corporate environment.
- You hold good interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- You hold good written and presentations skills, with the ability to tailor information to the audience in a way that establishes rapport, influences others and gains understanding at all levels.
- You have self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail
- You have proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding and fluid environment; remains calm under pressure; demonstrates excellent conflict management skills
- You have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
