What are we doing?

With a significant increase in Pilot Recruitment over the last 6 months, we are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us to help deliver on these opportunities across our fleet. This is a critical support role to the Flight Operations Recruitment Team and the business. This opportunity is available for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Who you are:

Your previous recruitment and administration experience will be demonstrated with an intermediate Microsoft Office skill set including Excel.

Experience with PageUp is a definite advantage. Exceptional attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential. We have a lot to achieve in tight time frames, so we need someone who will thrive in a fast paced, pressured and significant volume space. Most importantly we are looking for someone who prides themselves on being the best they can be in their job and who has a positive attitude and desire to see their team succeed.

What you’ll do:

This role is instrumental in providing exceptional recruitment admin and coordination support so we can engage the best talent for our business. Primarily, this role provides recruitment coordination support to the Flight Operations Recruitment Specialist including coordinating recruitment assessment days, advertising, screening, reference checking, contract and report generation and ad hoc recruitment processes. We also need you to be the glue that holds the candidates and the recruiters together and support the pre-employment process.
